Shipping policy
Production & Processing Times
Because many of our pieces are handcrafted, production times vary by item type:
- Wood Items: All wood items listed online are in stock and ready to ship. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Silver & Bronze Items: These pieces are custom made-to-order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for production (up to 4 weeks for wholesale orders) before your item ships.

Shipping Information
All order are shipped with Canada Post, unless otherwise stated. You can review our shipping tiers and options below:
Canadian Orders
- Orders over $100: Qualify for Free Shipping (shipped as an untracked Light Packet). If you prefer tracking, a shipping upgrade is available at checkout.
- Orders over $200: Automatically upgrade to a tracked parcel at no additional cost.
USA Customers
- All US orders are shipped as a tracked Light Packet via Canada Post.
- Please Note: All ub items qualify under the CUSMA act (formerly NAFTA), meaning they are generally exempt from customs duties when entering the United States.
🌐 International Orders
- All international orders are shipped as a tracked Light Packet via Canada Post.
- Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes upon arrival. These fees are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer. Ub (the sender) is not responsible for any additional fees incurred.

📍 LOCAL PICKUP
I'm located in the North Okanagan, but I can often arrange free local pickup in Kelowna. Pickup times may vary depending on my schedule, but I'm back and forth to Kelowna regularly—just reach out if you're interested, and I’ll do my best to make it work!
