How do I clean my pieces?
Always remember to remove your Ugly Bunny jewelry when showering, swimming, or hot tubbing as chlorine may alter the finish.
Carefully apply perfume, body lotion, or oils to prevent the metal from tarnish.
To clean the surface of the wood, use a clean cotton cloth and a drop of rubbing alcohol. Avoid contacting the metal with rubbing alcohol.

How to store my pieces to keep them from tarnishing?
Can I swim or shower in my Ugly Bunny Jewelry?
Unfortunately, we do not recommend it.
Wood and water do not play well together.
We do our very best to protect our wood pieces using multiple layers of a high grade varnish, however, all wood pieces should be handled with care to avoid chipping and to ensure that the pieces last the test of time.

What is your shipping policy?
Currently most items are made to order and take up to 7-10 days before shipping. If you require faster shipping please contact us.
All items are shipped through Canada Post as a “light packet” (letter mail) and do not come with tracking. Trackable and faster shipping options are available for additional fee at checkout.
